Yoga is a path towards total harmony of body, mind and spirit. It is not merely a form of exercise for the body, its application is universal . Yoga helps in releasing toxins form the body, improves the flexibility of muscles and strengthens the internal organs. Helps to lose weight, cure asthma, diabetes, heart problems and many chronic diseases.



It is a form of yoga where yoga is converted into a more concentrated and intense exercise activity. The emphasis is building strength and flexibility. The exercises are concentrated and require stamina and doing poses without really stopping. Power yoga is designed so as to appeal to the younger generation who want quick and tangible results.

Aerobics is a form of physical exercise that combines rhythmic aerobic exercise with Stretching and Strength Training Routines with the goal of improving all elements of fitness (flexibility muscular strength and cardio-vascular fitness). Aerobic Activity is the "Primo" calorie burner of exercises


Zumba is a dance fitness program created by Colombian dancer and choreographer Alberto 'Beto' Perez during the 1990s. Zumba involves dance and aerobic movements performed to energetic music. It in-corporate hip-hop, soca, samba, salsa, merengne and mambo squats and lunges are also included. A total workout combining all elements of fitness –cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility.


Dance is a symbol of communication which brings out the innermost feelings. It depicts the cultural aspects of a civilization. It is a type of art that generally involves movement of the body, often rhythmic and to music over the years, dance has evolved into several distinct forms. To name a few- Bullet, Jazz, Hip-hop, Folk Dance Contemporary, Indian Classical, Garba etc.


Bokwa is an innovative exercise class inspired by a South African dance. It's meant to be an easy to follow, effective total body workout, and it uses letters to help people identify the particular dance moves.
